First, let’s make cookies, Sugar-Free Coconut Drop Cookies to be exact. This sugarless recipe is given by Sue Spataro.

Before anything else, prepare the ingredients which are as follows: one and a half cups of flaked coconut, two egg whites, one cup of Splenda, one-eight teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract.

When all ingredients are within reach, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pull out two cookie sheets and grease them. Beat the egg whites in a medium-sized bowl and add salt until it looks foamy. Slowly add the Splenda into the bowl while constantly beating the egg whites. Put in the remaining ingredients by hand. Using a teaspoon, drop the cookie mixture into the sheets. Make sure that they are at least two inches apart. Bake the cookies for twelve to fifteen minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheets for about a minute then remove and serve.

For this recipe, you will need two cups of water, two cups of raisin, one cup of unsweetened applesauce, two eggs, two tablespoon of artificial sweetener, three-fourths cup of polyunsaturated cooking oil, one teaspoon of baking soda, two cups of flour, one and a half teaspoon of cinnamon, half teaspoon of nutmeg, and a teaspoon of vanilla.

Once you have prepared the ingredients, cook the raisins in two cups of water until the water evaporates. Add the eggs, applesauce, sweetener, and cooking oil then mix well. Put in the baking soda and flour. Continue mixing while adding the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. When you are certain that all are blended well, pour the mixture into an eight by eight cake pan (already greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and wait for about twenty five minutes. Let the cake cool for a while then serve.
